SEO Fixindo Guide

From entering a site URL to using every feature — what's required, what's optional, and how many connection steps you actually need.

In short: how many connection steps?

To get a full audit report, very little is required. The rest is optional and one-time per account.

  • For the audit + 24 of 31 fields: just SIGN IN. Free users add one step — register their site. The audit runs immediately, no other connection.
  • Verify site ownership: ONLY needed if you want to apply automatic fixes to the site. One time.
  • Connect Google Search Console: OPTIONAL, only for one section (Search Performance) with real data from Google. Once per account.
  • Paid plan + wallet top-up: only for the fix features (Pro/Agency) and many sites. Not required to audit.

The full flow — step by step

The path a user takes from first opening the app.

  1. 1. Create an account / sign in

    Required

Auditing needs an account (email + password). This is the only truly required connection to start. One time.

  2. 2. Register your site

    Required

In Dashboard → 'Your Sites' → 'Add site'. Free users must register their site and can audit 1 active site. Pro/Agency can audit up to 100 active sites and skip this gate.

  3. 3. Run the audit

Click 'Audit' or enter a URL. In seconds you get overall score, Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO, backlinks, authority, technical SEO, AI visibility, and fixable issues — all automatic, no extra connection.

  4. 4. Verify site ownership

    Optional

Needed ONLY to apply automatic fixes to the site. Three methods below. One time per site.

  5. 5. Apply fixes

    Optional

Once verified, 'Apply to site' injects fixes (meta, canonical, structured data, etc.). Availability depends on plan: Agency = 1-click auto, Pro = manual drafts, Free = audit only.

  6. 6. Connect Google Search Console

    Optional

Optional. Only to show the 'Search Performance' section with real Google data. Click 'Connect Search Console', pick your Google account, done. Once per account.

  7. 7. Choose a plan & top up

    Optional

Upgrade to Pro or Agency to unlock fixes and many sites. Payment via QRIS into your account wallet. Not required just to audit.

The “domain isn't in Search Console” notice — what it means & how to fix it

This shows when your Google account IS connected, but the audited domain isn't registered as a “property” in Google Search Console. Note: this is DIFFERENT from the site verification above — site verification lets SEO Fixindo apply fixes; this is about Google letting us read your Search Console data.

  1. What is a “property”?

A property = a site you've added and verified ownership of in Google Search Console. Google only stores search data (clicks, impressions, queries, position) for sites registered as a property by their owner. If the domain isn't a property yet, Google simply has no data for us to pull — hence it shows empty, never a fake number.

  2. 1. Open Google Search Console

Go to search.google.com/search-console and sign in with the SAME Google account you connected to SEO Fixindo.

  3. 2. Add property

Click “Add property”. Choose “Domain” (covers all subdomains & http/https, needs DNS access) or “URL prefix” (e.g. https://yoursite.com — easier for beginners).

  4. 3. Verify ownership with Google

Google offers several methods: a DNS TXT record, an HTML file upload, an HTML tag in <head>, or via Google Analytics / Tag Manager. Follow one until it says “Ownership verified”.

  5. 4. Wait for data, then re-run the audit

Google takes ~2–3 days to gather search data for a new property. Once there's data, re-run the audit in SEO Fixindo — the “Search Performance” section fills automatically.

FAQ

Does every user have to connect Search Console?

No. The app works fully without it — 24 of 31 fields fill automatically. Search Console only adds one section of the site owner's real search data, opt-in once per account. Google restricts this data to the site owner, so there's no way to show it without their Google account's consent. This is standard for professional SEO tools.

Connected, but it says 'domain isn't in Search Console'. Why?

Your Google account is connected, but the audited domain isn't registered & verified as a 'property' in Google Search Console. Go to search.google.com/search-console → Add property → verify → wait ~2-3 days for data → re-run the audit.

Does the audit read every page?

Yes, it crawls multiple same-origin pages and merges findings. Very large sites have a per-audit page cap for speed; fuller coverage is in progress.

Do I need to verify just to view the report?

No. Reports are viewable without verification. Verification is only needed to apply automatic fixes.
